The Winters PPC series pressure gauge with stainless steel 316L wetted parts has a circular dial enclosed in a phenolic case, and a male connection, and measures pressure with either a single or dual scale with an accuracy of + or - 0.5%. The stainless steel 316L wetted parts provide corrosion. The black phenolic case is durable and Ingress Protection certified IP65 for protection against solid objects, including dust or liquids. The dial is 4.5" (115 mm) in diameter and liquid-fillable to protect against vibration and pulsation. The gauge has a durable phenolic case with a solid front and blowout back for operator safety. The dial is white aluminum with black and red markings. It has an aluminum, anodized black, pointer that is micrometer-adjustable for ease of calibration. The lens is polycarbonate for high impact resistance and has a phenolic lens ring. The gauge measures pressure with either a single scale of psi or Hg. vacuum or a dual scale of psi/kPa or Hg. vacuum/kPa. The gauge is accurate to + or - 0.5% over the entire range of the gauge, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B40.100 Grade 2A accuracy class. The male connection is mounted on the bottom of the gauge and is either a 1/4" or 1/2" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate. The movement is stainless steel 304 with under- and overload stops to protect the gauge system. The restrictor screws reduce shock to the gauge and prevent wear on the movement. The welding is tungsten inert gas (TIG) for strength. The bourdon tube is drawn seamless stainless steel 316L for additional strength. The gasket is made of nitrile rubber for a tight seal. The over-pressure limit is 25% for pressures up to 1500 psi/kPa, 15% for pressures 1501 to 8700 psi/kPa, and 10% for pressures above 8701 psi/kPa. The operating temperature is -40 to 200 degrees F (-40 to 93 degrees C) dry and -4 to 150 degrees F (-20 to 65 degrees C) when filled with glycerin. This pressure gauge is suitable for corrosive media in process, chemical, and petroleum industries.Pressure gauges are ...

The WIKA industrial pressure gauge has stainless steel wetted parts, which resist corrosion against chloride samples, and has a circular dial that is enclosed in a stainless steel case that resists corrosion. The gauge measures pressure from 15 pounds per square inch (psi) to 15,000 psi, and is accurate to a variety of percentages across the entire range of the gauge, depending on other standard features, such as dial size. Accuracy ranges are: + or - 2.5 percent of span; + or - 1 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or American Society for Mechanical Engineering (ASME) B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class; or + or - 2/1/2 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or ASME Grade A accuracy class. The male connection is available as a lower mount, a lower back mount, or a center mount, and comes with a choice of a 1/8", 1/4", or a 1/2" National Pipe Thread (NPT) rate. This pressure gauge is suitable for use in corrosive environments.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to another reference. For instance, gauge pressure measures pressure relative to ambient air. An example of a pressure gauge measuring relative to ambient air is a tire pressure gauge or a blood pressure gauge. Differential pressure is the difference in pressure between two points, such as when measuring liquid flow along various points in a pipeline. An absolute pressure gauge measures pressure relative to a perfect vacuum, such as an atmospheric or barometric pressure gauge. All types of pressure gauges include either a male or a female mount to connect to the vessel where pressure is being measured, and display results on a dial with varying...

The Dwyer Series DM-2000 Differential Pressure Transmitter senses the pressure of air and compatible gases and sends a standard 4-20 mA output signal. The DM-2000 housing is specifically designed to mount in the same diameter cutout as a standard Magnehelic® gage. A wide range of models are available factory calibrated to specific ranges. Pressure connections are inherent to the glass filled plastic molded housing making installation quick and easy. Digital push-button zero and span simplify calibration over typical turn-potentiometers. An optional 3.5 digit LCD shows process and engineering units. A single bush button allows field selection of 4 to 6 engineering units depending on range.

The WIKA process pressure gauge has stainless steel wetted parts, which are corrosion resistant against chloride, and a circular dial that is enclosed in a thermoplastic case for increased durability, particularly in low temperature environments. The gauge measures pressure from 15 pounds per square inch (psi) to 30,000 psi. Up to 20,000 psi, the gauge has an accuracy of + or - 0.5 percent of span, or American Society for Mechanical Engineering (ASME) B40.100 Grade 2A accuracy class. For pressure above 20,000 psi, the gauge has an accuracy of + or - 1.0 percent of span, or ASME B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class. The male connection is available as either a lower mount or a lower back mount, and comes with a choice of a 1/4" or 1/2" National Pipe Thread (NPT) rate.
