The Winters PFP series pressure gauge with stainless steel 316 wetted parts has a glycerin-filled circular dial enclosed in a stainless steel 304 case and a 1/4" NPT male connection, and measures pressure with a single or dual scale with an accuracy of + or - 1% or 1.5%. The stainless steel 316 wetted parts provide corrosion resistance. The socket for the 2.5" and 4" gauges is one-piece welded for strength. The stainless steel 304 case is corrosion resistant and Ingress Protection certified IP66 for protection against solid objects, including dust or liquids, and is appropriate for outdoor and severe ambient and process conditions. The circular dial comes in 2.5" (63 mm), 4" (100 mm), and 6" (150 mm) diameters and is filled with glycerin for protection against vibration and pulsation. The dial is white aluminum with black and red markings. It has an aluminum, anodized black, pointer, and the lens is polycarbonate for high impact resistance. The pointer for the 4" and 6" gauges is micrometer adjustable for ease of calibration. The gauge measures pressure with either a single scale in psi or Hg. vacuum, or a dual scale of either psi/kPa or Hg. vacuum/kPa. The 2.5" gauge is accurate to + or - 1.5% of full scale value. The 4" and 6" gauge are accurate to + or - 1% over the entire range of the gauge, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class. The male connection has a 1/4" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate and comes with a bottom, lower back, or center back mount. The bourdon tube is drawn seamless stainless steel 316 for additional strength, the movement is stainless steel 304, and the welding is tungsten inert gas (TIG) for strength. The socket gasket, fill plug, and lens ring gasket are all made of nitrile rubber for a tight seal. The over-pressure limit is 30% for pressures up to 600 psi (4,147 kPa) and 15% for pressures over 600 psi (4,147 kPa). The working pressure is a maximum of 75% of full scale value. The operating temperature is -4 to 150 degrees F (-20 to 65 degrees C). ...

Combining clean design, small size and low cost with enough accuracy for all but the most demanding applications our Minihelic II gage offers the latest in design features for a dial type differential pressure gage. It is our most compact gage but is easy to read and can safely operate at total pressures up to 30 psig. The Minihelic II gage is designed for panel mounting in a single 2-5/8" diameter hole. Standard pressure connections are barbed fittings for 3/16" ID tubing; optional 1/8" male NPT connections are also available. Over-pressure protection is built into the Minihelic II gage by means of a blow-out membrane molded in conjunction with the diaphragm. Accidental over-ranging up to the rated total pressure will not damage the gage. With removable lens and rear housing, the gage may be easily serviced at minimum cost. With the housing molded from mineral and glass filled nylon and the lens molded from acrylic, the gage will withstand rough use and exposure as well as high total pressure. The 5% accuracy and low cost of the Minihelic II gage make it well-suited for a wide variety of OEM and user applications. OEM applications include cabinet air purging, medical respiratory therapy equipment, air samplers, laminar flow hoods, and electronic air cooling systems. As an air filter gage, the Minihelic II gage finds many end use applications on large stationary engines, compressors, ventilators, and air handling units. The Minihelic II gage is suitable for many of the same applications as the Magnehelic gage where the greater accuracy, sensitivity, and higher and lower differential pressure ranges of the Magnehelic gage are not required.

The Winters SSN series stainless steel 316 snubber has a sintered, porous stainless steel 316 snubbing element, a male x female connection, comes in three standard viscosity classifications, and operates in pressures up to 20,000 psi (413,700 kPa). The snubber is stainless steel for operating in corrosive, high pressure, and high temperature environments. The sintered, porous 316 stainless steel snubbing element has a large surface area to ensure long-term effectiveness. The snubber is available in the three standard viscosity classifications of heavy oil, water, and air. The male x female connection is either a 1/4" or 1/2" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate. The burst pressure is 60,000 psi (413,700 kPa). The working pressure is a maximum of 20,000 psi (137,900 kPa). The operating temperature is -320 to 1,500 degrees F (-195 to 815 degrees C). This snubber suppress the effects of pressure pulses and pressure peaks to lessen the damaging effects of pulsation on gauges, transducers, transmitters, manometers, and pressure switches.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to another reference. For instance, gauge pressure measures pressure relative to ambient air. An example of a pressure gauge measuring relative to ambient air is a tire pressure gauge or a blood pressure gauge. Differential pressure is the difference in pressure between two points, such as when measuring liquid flow along various points in a pipeline. An absolute pressure gauge measures pressure relative to a perfect vacuum, such as an atmospheric or barometric pressure gauge. All types of pressure gauges include either a male or a female mount to connect to the vesse...
