The NoShok 200 series 2.5" (63 mm) pressure gauge has brass wetted parts, a dry circular dial enclosed in a steel case, a lower mount or center back male 1/4" NPT connection, and measures pressure with a single or dual scale with an accuracy of + or - 1.5%. The brass wetted parts are for measuring non-corrosive liquid and gas pressure. The black painted steel case provides corrosion resistance. The lens on the dry 2.5" dial is clear acrylic. The dial is white aluminum with black markings, is UV resistant, and has a black finished aluminum pointer. The gauge measures pressure with either a single or a dual scale in inch water column (WC), psi, or oz./square inch. The gauge is accurate to + or - 1.5% over the entire range of the gauge, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B40.100 Grade A accuracy class. The male connection is mounted on the bottom or center back of the gauge and has a 1/4" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate. The movement is brass and nickel-silver with highly polished bearing surfaces. The gauge has an ultra-sensitive copper alloy diaphragm capsule. The gauge operates in both fluctuating and static pressures up to 90% of the dial range. The ambient temperature for the gauge is 0 to 140 degrees F (-18 to 60 degrees C). The media temperature range is -4 to 140 degrees F (-20 to 60 degrees C). This pressure gauge is suitable for medical, biomedical, HVAC, gas distribution, filtration, burner and gas combustion service, and wastewater treatment applications.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to another reference. For instance, gauge pressure measures pressure relative to ambient air. An example of a pressu...

The Dwyer 1211 series slack-tube roll-up manometer measures static, vacuum, and differential pressure of air and gas in fan and blower tests, gas pressure evaluation, and calibration applications. The manometer has an acrylic plastic top, connectors, and over-pressure traps for use with testing air and gas, and vinyl tubing for use with mercury (sold separately) or water with fluorescein green concentrate (sold separately). The manometer is calibrated in inches of water using water and is suitable for use with mercury or water with fluorescein green concentrate measuring fluids (sold separately). The connectors accept 1/8" tubing and can be turned to seal the fluids during storage or transport. The flexible spring-steel scale is mounted between the columns to eliminate parallax reading errors, and the 2" sliding zero adjustment provides zeroing capability. The manometer has a maximum intermittent total pressure of 50psi and vacuum up to 20 inHg. The manometer can be hung or mounted using the attached magnets.SpecificationsPressure typesStatic, vacuum, and differentialMedia typeAir and gasWetted parts materialAcrylic plasticCase materialVinyl tubingScaleInches of water, inches of mercuryPressure rangeVariesFluid typeWater colored with green concentrate or mercuryConnection1/8"MountMagnetic clipsMaximum pressure50psi, intermittentlyMaximum vacuum20" Hg (10" Hg absolute), intermittentlyMaximum temperature130 degrees FH is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.Manometers measure the pressure of a liquid or gas. Model: DM-2003-LCD
The Dwyer Series DM-2000 Differential Pressure Transmitter senses the pressure of air and compatible gases and sends a standard 4-20 mA output signal. The DM-2000 housing is specifically designed to mount in the same diameter cutout as a standard Magnehelic® gage. A wide range of models are available factory calibrated to specific ranges. Pressure connections are inherent to the glass filled plastic molded housing making installation quick and easy. Digital push-button zero and span simplify calibration over typical turn-potentiometers. An optional 3.5 digit LCD shows process and engineering units. A single bush button allows field selection of 4 to 6 engineering units depending on range.
