The NoShok 200 series 2.5" (63 mm) pressure gauge has brass wetted parts, a dry circular dial enclosed in a steel case, a lower mount or center back male 1/4" NPT connection, and measures pressure with a single or dual scale with an accuracy of + or - 1.5%. The brass wetted parts are for measuring non-corrosive liquid and gas pressure. The black painted steel case provides corrosion resistance. The lens on the dry 2.5" dial is clear acrylic. The dial is white aluminum with black markings, is UV resistant, and has a black finished aluminum pointer. The gauge measures pressure with either a single or a dual scale in inch water column (WC), psi, or oz./square inch. The gauge is accurate to + or - 1.5% over the entire range of the gauge, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B40.100 Grade A accuracy class. The male connection is mounted on the bottom or center back of the gauge and has a 1/4" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate. The movement is brass and nickel-silver with highly polished bearing surfaces. The gauge has an ultra-sensitive copper alloy diaphragm capsule. The gauge operates in both fluctuating and static pressures up to 90% of the dial range. The ambient temperature for the gauge is 0 to 140 degrees F (-18 to 60 degrees C). The media temperature range is -4 to 140 degrees F (-20 to 60 degrees C). This pressure gauge is suitable for medical, biomedical, HVAC, gas distribution, filtration, burner and gas combustion service, and wastewater treatment applications.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to another reference. For instance, gauge pressure measures pressure relative to ambient air. An example of a pressu...

The Dwyer A-605 air filter kit adapts any Dwyer Series 2000 Magnehelic differential pressure gauge for use as an air filter gauge. An air filter gauge measures air pressure differentials, enabling the operator to determine when a filter is in need of replacement or repair. The kit includes aluminum surface mounting bracket 20 ga. steel with flat black finish; two 5'/1.5m lengths of 1/4" aluminum tubing; two static pressure tips with integral 1/4" compression fitting; two two-way vent valves with 1/8" male x 1/4" compression fitting; two 1/8" NPT female adapter elbows; and mounting hardware. Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to a reference measurement. Gauge pressure measures the pressure of something relative to ambient air. For example, a tire pressure gauge or a blood pressure gauge measures the air in a tire or blood flowing through veins relative to ambient air. Differential pressure is the difference in pressure between two points, such as when measuring liquid flow along various points in a pipeline. An absolute pressure gauge measures pressure relative to a perfect vacuum, for example, an atmospheric or barometric pressure gauge. All types of pressure gauges include either a male or a female mount to connect to the vessel where pressure is being measured, and they display results on a dial with varying increments of measure across a given range.Dwyer Instruments manufactures measurement and control instruments, including pressure gauges, flow meters, level instrumentation, temperature instrumentation, and air quality monitors. The company, founded in 1931, is headquartered in Michigan City, IN.What's in the Box?Alumi...

The Winters PFQ series pressure gauge with stainless steel wetted parts has a glycerin-filled circular dial enclosed in a stainless steel 304 case, and a male connection, and measures pressure with a single or dual scale with an accuracy of + or - 1.5% or 2.5%. The stainless steel wetted parts provide corrosion resistance. The stainless steel 304 case is also corrosion resistant and is Ingress Protection certified IP65 for protection against solid objects, including dust or liquids. The circular dial comes in 1.5" (40 mm), 2" (50 mm), 2.5" (63 mm), or 4" (100 mm) diameters and is filled with glycerin for protection against vibration and pulsation. The dial is white aluminum with black and red markings. It has an aluminum, anodized black, pointer and the lens is polycarbonate for high impact resistance. The gauge measures pressure with a single psi or Hg. vacuum scale or a dual scale of psi/kPa or Hg. vacuum/kPa. The gauge is accurate to + or - 2.5% of full scale value for the 1.5" and 2" dials and accurate to + or - 1.5% of full scale value for the 2.5" and 4" dials. The male connection is 1/8", 1/4", or 1/2" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate with a restricted orifice and is located at the bottom or center back of the gauge. The movement is stainless steel, and the welding is tungsten inert gas (TIG) for strength. The 6" (150 mm) socket gasket, the fill plug, and the lens ring gasket are all made of nitrile rubber for a tight seal. The over-pressure limit is 25% for pressures up to 1,400psi (9,653kPa) and 15% for pressures over 1,400psi (9,653kPa). The working pressure is a maximum of 75% of full scale value. The operating temperature is -4 to 150 degrees F (-20 to 65 degrees C). This pressure gauge is suitable for pumps, compressors, hydraulic presses, machinery, pneumatic equipment, and motors in harsh environments.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application.
