This valve is a 3-way, normally open modulating element that incorporates an integral pilot control cavity. The pilot control cavity will accept any T-8A pressure control cartridge. The valve reduces a high primary pressure at the inlet (port 2) to a constant reduced pressure at port 1, with a full flow relief function from port 1 to tank (port 3). The pilot cartridge's setting determines the difference in pressure between reduced pressure (port 1) and the tank (port 3). Minimum Control Pressure: 100 PSI

The Winters PFP series pressure gauge with stainless steel 316 wetted parts has a glycerin-filled circular dial enclosed in a stainless steel 304 case and a 1/4" NPT male connection, and measures pressure with a single or dual scale with an accuracy of + or - 1% or 1.5%. The stainless steel 316 wetted parts provide corrosion resistance. The socket for the 2.5" and 4" gauges is one-piece welded for strength. The stainless steel 304 case is corrosion resistant and Ingress Protection certified IP66 for protection against solid objects, including dust or liquids, and is appropriate for outdoor and severe ambient and process conditions. The circular dial comes in 2.5" (63 mm), 4" (100 mm), and 6" (150 mm) diameters and is filled with glycerin for protection against vibration and pulsation. The dial is white aluminum with black and red markings. It has an aluminum, anodized black, pointer, and the lens is polycarbonate for high impact resistance. The pointer for the 4" and 6" gauges is micrometer adjustable for ease of calibration. The gauge measures pressure with either a single scale in psi or Hg. vacuum, or a dual scale of either psi/kPa or Hg. vacuum/kPa. The 2.5" gauge is accurate to + or - 1.5% of full scale value. The 4" and 6" gauge are accurate to + or - 1% over the entire range of the gauge, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class. The male connection has a 1/4" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate and comes with a bottom, lower back, or center back mount. The bourdon tube is drawn seamless stainless steel 316 for additional strength, the movement is stainless steel 304, and the welding is tungsten inert gas (TIG) for strength. The socket gasket, fill plug, and lens ring gasket are all made of nitrile rubber for a tight seal. The over-pressure limit is 30% for pressures up to 600 psi (4,147 kPa) and 15% for pressures over 600 psi (4,147 kPa). The working pressure is a maximum of 75% of full scale value. The operating temperature is -4 to 150 degrees F (-20 to 65 degrees C). ...

The NoShok 400 series pressure gauge has stainless steel 316 wetted parts, a dry, fillable, or liquid-filled circular dial enclosed in a stainless steel 304 case, a lower mount or center back male connection, and measures pressure with a single scale with an accuracy of + or - 1%, 1.5%, or 2.5%. The stainless steel 316 wetted parts and the stainless steel 304 case provide corrosion resistance. The gauge measures pressure with a single psi or Hg. vacuum scale. The dial comes in 1.5" (40 mm), 2.5" (63 mm) diameters, 4" (100 mm), and 6" (152 mm) diameters. The dial can be dry, dry/fillable, or liquid filled, depending upon the model. The specifications for each type of gauge vary according to the gauge size. The dial lens comes in three different forms of transparent materials for strength and clarity. The lens on the 1.5" and 4" diameter dials is instrument glass. The lens on the 2.5" diameter dial is transparent polyamide. The lens on the 6" dial is laminated safety glass. The dial is white aluminum with black markings and is UV resistant. The pointer type varies depending upon the dial size. The 1.5" dial has a black finished aluminum pointer. The 2.5" and 4" dials have a balanced aluminum pointer with a black finish. The 6" dial also has a balanced aluminum pointer with a black finish, and it is micrometer-adjustable.Gauge accuracy varies according to gauge size. The 1.5" dial is accurate to + or - 2.5% over the entire range of the gauge, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B40.100 Grade B accuracy class. The 2.5" gauge is accurate to + or - 1.5% over the entire range of the gauge, ASME B40.100 Grade A accuracy class. The 4" and 6" gauges are accurate to + or - 1% over the entire range of the gauge, ASME B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class. All gauges come with either a lower mount or center back connection. The connection for the 1.5" gauge is a 1/8" NPT (National Pipe Thread) rate. The connection for the 2.5" gauge is a 1/4" NPT rate. The connection for the 4" and 6" gauges is a 1/2" NPT rate. The WIKA industrial pressure gauge has stainless steel wetted parts, which resist corrosion against chloride samples, and has a circular dial that is enclosed in a stainless steel case that resists corrosion. The gauge measures pressure from 15 pounds per square inch (psi) to 15,000 psi, and is accurate to a variety of percentages across the entire range of the gauge, depending on other standard features, such as dial size. Accuracy ranges are: + or - 2.5 percent of span; + or - 1 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or American Society for Mechanical Engineering (ASME) B40.100 Grade 1A accuracy class; or + or - 2/1/2 percent of span over the entire range of the gauge, or ASME Grade A accuracy class. The male connection is available as a lower mount, a lower back mount, or a center mount, and comes with a choice of a 1/8", 1/4", or a 1/2" National Pipe Thread (NPT) rate. This pressure gauge is suitable for use in corrosive environments.Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure the pressure of a gas or liquid inside a vessel and, often, to help ensure the optimal amount of pressure for a given application. Pressure gauges can range from everyday instruments, such as those used to measure the air pressure in a car or bicycle tire, to highly accurate gauges used in mechanical and industrial processing. Most often, pressure gauges measure pressure relative to another reference. For instance, gauge pressure measures pressure relative to ambient air. An example of a pressure gauge measuring relative to ambient air is a tire pressure gauge or a blood pressure gauge. Differential pressure is the difference in pressure between two points, such as when measuring liquid flow along various points in a pipeline. An absolute pressure gauge measures pressure relative to a perfect vacuum, such as an atmospheric or barometric pressure gauge. All types of pressure gauges include either a male or a female mount to connect to the vessel where pressure is being measured, and display results on a dial with varying...
