The Kyoritsu 4300 hand-held tester performs simplified two-pole earth resistance testing for electrical lines, appliances, and equipment grounding and measures AC/DC voltage to reduce power quality issues and avoid safety hazards. For AC voltages, the tester can obtain true RMS values. The maximum measuring current of 2 milliAmp (mA) does not trip ground fault breakers of the circuit under test. For safety, a warning buzzer sounds at 100Ω or less. LED lights warn the user when large earth voltage is detected. The tester also has a live circuit warning when 30V or higher voltage is detected (even when measuring resistance). For ease of use, an LED light illuminates measuring points and automatically turns on or off in relation to ambient brightness. The tester comes with a test lead with alligator clip and flat test probe, CAT II standard prod, CAT III standard prod, an extension prod, and a soft carrying case that holds the instrument and all accessories. Ground-resistance meters are used by electricians and contractors working in industrial, utility, and field servicing. Digital Clamp-on Ground Resistance tester DY1000A is a major breakthrough in traditional grounding resistance measurement. It is widely used in the grounding resistance measurement of the power, telecommunications, meteorology, oilfield, construction and the industrial and electrical equipment.
DY1000A in the measurement of a grounding system with loop, does not require breaking down the grounding wire, and need no auxiliary electrode. It is safe, fast and simple in use.
It can measure out the faults beyond the reach of the traditional methods, and can be applied in the occasions not in the range of the traditional methods. DY1000 can measure the integrated value of the grounding body resistance and the grounding lead resistance.
DY1000 are equipped with either a long jaw or a short jaw, as indicated in the figure below. A long jaw is particularly suitable for the occasion of grounding with the flat steel.

The Fluke clip-on current transformer clamp set is used to perform selective or stakeless testing with the Fluke 1625 earth ground tester. Selective testing uses one clamp and stakes to measure earth ground loop resistance values for one ground electrode. Stakeless testing uses two clamps to test ground loop resistance. Both the selective and stakeless methods eliminate the need to disconnect the electrode from the grounding system for increased safety and fewer testing steps. One clamp is voltage inducing, and the other clamp is current sensing. Both clamps have a 50.8mm/2" inside diameter. Fluke Corporation manufactures electrical testing tools and software for industrial and commercial applications. The company, founded in 1948, is headquartered in Everett, WA.

The Megger DET4TCR2 four-terminal ground resistance tester with clamps measures earth ground resistance, soil resistivity, and ground voltage to evaluate the safety and integrity of electrical systems. The tester offers a choice of 2-, 3-, or 4- pole ground resistance testing. It can take measurements using the attached rod technique (ART), which tests on-site grounds without requiring the utility connection to be disconnected. It comes with a current clamp for measuring conductor current and electrode resistance and a voltage clamp for stakeless ground measurements, and when used with ART capability, the clamps can be used for taking fall of potential measurements. The clamps have two jaws that can accommodate a conductor up to 2.1" (52 mm) in diameter. The tester has a maximum resistance input of 200,000 ohms for testing the resistivity of a range of soil types. The tester's voltmeter displays the ground voltage during use, which helps increase operator safety. The operator can choose between 25V or 50V test voltage output, allowing the tester to be used in agricultural applications. For accurate readings in noisy environments, the tester can filter out ground voltage noise up to 40 volts (V) peak-to-peak. The DET4TCR2 comes with one 49' (15 m), two 33' (10 m), and one 10' (3 m) test leads, four ground stakes, four right-angle terminal adaptors, a field calibrator for measurement accuracy, and one voltage and one potential clamp. The tester's liquid crystal display (LCD) is backlit for readability in low light. The DET4TCR2 meets International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) safety standard 61010 and is certified for category IV installations up to 100V, which covers measurements at the source of the low-voltage supply, such as electricity meters and overcurrent protection devices. The tester comes in a hard polypropylene case for transport and storage. The case has an ingress protection rating of IP54, meaning it protects against the ingress of dust and splashing water, making it suitable for outdoor use. The...
