The Megger 6111 series two-piece duplex test lead set with spring-loaded duplex hand spikes is for use with Megger DLRO10HD, DLRO10, DLRO10X, and BT51 digital microhmmeters. These duplex test leads measure both current and resistance when taking four-wire resistance measurements, which are more accurate than two-wire resistance measurements and allow low resistance values to be detected. The spring-loaded hand spikes compress to make contact with a conductor. Light-emitting diodes (LEDs) on one probe confirm connection and the presence of live current when used with the Megger DLRO10 microhmmeter, and can indicate test pass/fail when used with the Megger DLRO10X microhmmeter. There is 0.23" (6 mm) between the current and potential probe tips on the duplex hand spikes.A test probe, test lead, test prod, or scope probe transmits an electrical signal to a testing device for display and analysis. Designs range from simple test leads with probe-style or clamp-on tips to more complex oscilloscope probes and current detectors. Some test probes, such as basic test leads, have wires with tips for connecting to test equipment. Other test probes, such as voltage detectors, are built into the meter. Depending on what is to be tested, the probe might either be passive or have active parts that require external power to operate. Some probes require contact for testing, while some are capable of taking measurements from a distance. Some also have finger barriers, insulation, or other features to help protect the operator's hand from electrical shock and burns. Test probes are rated according to the amount of voltage, current, temperature, or other input they can measure. When choosing a test probe, the maximum amount of input that the probe can measure should match or exceed both the maximum amount that can be tested by the test equipment, as well as that of the property expected to be present in the application.Megger manufactures equipment for cable fault locating, protective relay testing, telecommunications and data integri...

The Hioki 3143 Earth HiTester performs 3-point ground resistance testing that does not require auxiliary ground rods and is suitable for a wide variety of urban environments, even on concrete or asphalt roads. The tester uses the voltage comparison method, which measures the loop impedance of the closed path that goes from the lead wire to earth and then back to a return line strung along the surface. The tester eliminates the need to place and set up auxiliary ground rods. Ground-resistance meters are used by electricians and contractors working in industrial, utility, and field servicing. The large, easy to read four-digit LCD screen makes it easy to see values and measurements in the field. The resonance indicator displays a bar graph that shows the approximate location of the resonance point. The energy-saving feature places the tester in standby mode and displays HOLD on the screen after three minutes of inactivity. To protect measurement accuracy, the battery light flashes when the power supply is low. The Hioki 3143 tester comes with a 1m black measurement cable, 20m red cable, cable winder, and carrying case. DC Milliohm Hi-Tester The Resistance Meters RM3544/RM3544-01/RM3548 can measure the winding resistance of devices such as motors and transformers, the contact resistance of power contacts (relays and switches), and the DC resistance of fuses, resistors, and substrates such as conductive rubber and sheets. It does so quickly and at a high level of precision using four-terminal measurement. The RM3544/RM3544-01 is well suited to use for adjustment and testing on production lines as well as acceptance inspections, while the RM3548 comprises a portable solution for measuring resistance values ranging in magnitude from microohms to megohms, making it ideal for use in production, maintenance, repair and operation of large equipment High-precision specs in a compact package Convenient range options Measure from 0.000 mΩ to 3.5000 MΩ1µΩ max. resolution, 0.02% basic accuracy Max. measurable current of 300mA As inverter-equipped power supply equipment uses increasingly high currents and frequencies, increasingly low-resistance and low-loss inductors are being used in their circuitry, prompting a need for the ability to measure lower resistance levels with a high level of stability. With a resolution of 1 μΩ, the RM3544/RM3544-01 satisfies these needs. Electronic components make extensive use of high-resistance substrates such as conductive sheets and rubber, and the RM3544/RM3544-01 delivers the ability to measure up to 3.5 MΩ. Moreover, the instrument's maximum resolution of 0.02% allows it to be used in testing current detectors with a precision of 0.1%. No warmup period or zero adjustment The RM3544/RM3544-01 has no warmup time, meaning it's ready to use for measurement as soon as you turn it on. Accuracy is guaranteed immediately after the instrument is powered up (assuming temperature and humidity conditions that satisfy the accuracy guarantee conditions)
